A Little Winter Break…

Happy New Year!! It’s been a full and busy two months for me as I am sure it has been for everyone else! I’ve decided not to post for the month of January as I do some planning, preparing and thinking for the New Year. I’m hoping to be back the second week of February or so to start fresh.

I will say that this year I am planning to post more about international food history. I’ll probably pick a country or a place and dive into the food history of that place. A bit like a did for the United Kingdom series. I’ve had fun looking at different general food history topics, but I want to explore more of the culinary heritage of other countries as that has always inspired and interested me too.

I’m looking forward to coming back with some new posts, but until then I hope you all have a wonderful, cozy winter hibernating and resting!
