Chai Spiced Cranberry Orange Bread

 2 cups All Purpose Flour
 1 cup Brown Sugar
 1 ½ tsp Baking Powder
 1 tsp Salt
 ½ tsp Baking Soda
 2 ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
 1 tsp Ground Nutmeg
 1 tsp Ground Ginger
 ½ tsp Ground Cloves
 ¼ tsp Ground Cardamom
 ¼ cup Butter
 1 Egg, Beaten
 1 tsp Grated Orange Peel
 1 cup Orange Juice
 1 ½ cups Fresh Cranberries, roughly chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease and flour a 9 x 3 x 5 loaf pan.

Sift flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda and spices together into a large mixing bowl.

Cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly.

Add egg, orange peel and orange juice all at once and stir until the mixture is evenly moistened.

Fold in the cranberries.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

Bake for 1 hour.

Remove from the oven when the bread is golden brown. Remove from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
