Matzo Energy Balls

 4 Matzos, pulsed in a food processor until they are very fine crumbs or use Matzah Meal
 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
 ½ cup Chocolate Chips, Dried Cranberries or other Dried Fruit
 ½ cup Peanut Butter, Almond Butter or Sunflower Butter
 ¼ cup plus 2 Tbsp. Date Silan or Honey

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together until they stick.

If they mixture is too wet, add more matzo crumbs. If the mixture is too dry, add more date silan or honey.

Roll into balls the size of a walnut.

These are best after first chilling them for an hour or so. Store in the refrigerator.
