Truly Homemade Cranberry Sauce
1 Bag Fresh Cranberries (12 oz)
½ of a large Organic Orange, zest (Optional)
1 ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
⅛ tsp Ground Cloves
1 cup Orange Juice, with pulp is fine
1 cup Water
½ cup Honey
6 tbsp Brown Sugar

In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients.

Bring to a boil then lower the temperature to medium - low to a rapid simmer.

Stir occasionally.

Cook for approximately 15 - 20 minutes until the sauce has thickened. Keep in mind that the sauce will thicken as it cools too.
