Reviving an Old Tradition

So before we start off on another culinary journey this month, I thought I would pause the international trip and venture back to America for this first week of November. This will be a blog repost from a few years ago, but its one of my favorite traditions that I would love to see revived! With the American political elections next week, it’s time to bake an election cake!

And I thought I would also share some of my other favorite posts about Colonial America and the upcoming holiday of Thanksgiving to give you all some inspiration and help us to remember to appreciate our own culinary heritage!
